Guest Policy Overview

Welcome to Royal Signature Hotel and Suites & Lounge Hotel. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following policies:

Firearms & Weapons Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, the possession of firearms or weapons is strictly prohibited in all guest-accessible areas, including:

• Reception

• Walkways

• Guest rooms

• Lounge

• Poolside

• Gym

Guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Vehicle Registration Policy

To maintain a secure environment, only registered vehicles are permitted on hotel property. Unregistered vehicles may be denied entry or removed at the owner’s expense.

Drone Usage Policy

The operation of drones or unmanned aerial systems (UAS) on hotel premises is prohibited without prior written approval from hotel management. Unauthorized drone activity may result in confiscation and further action.

Photography & Media

Professional photography, videography, or media projects within the hotel require prior authorization. Please contact management to obtain necessary permissions.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and public spaces. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals.

Internet Access

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Please contact the front desk for access credentials.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Any disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.

Billing & Payments

All charges must be settled upon check-out. We accept major credit cards and cash payments. A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in for incidentals.

Check-in & Check-Out

Check-in time is 14:00 hours on date of arrival.

Check out time is 11:00 hours.

Reservation Policy:

An additional 50% of the room rate will be charged for late check-out up to 18:00 hrs.

An additional 50% of the room rate will be charged for early check-in from 08:00 hrs.

100% room rate will be charged for early arrival before 08:00hrs and check-out after 18:00 hrs. A deposit is required 48 hours prior.

Cancellation of a hotel room reservation can be made without any penalty not later than 14:00h local time one day before arrival, unless stated differently in the reservation confirmation.Write something here.
